Why are these vandals spraying graffiti on public and private property? Art? Claiming “Their Territory” ? or just being plain destructive for the thrills of breaking the law and risk of getting caught?

Listen, I understand that liver cirrhosis can be a scary thing. Your liver is such an important organ in your body and has so many functions.
